General Conditions of Sale and Use

The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the conditions of access, use, application, and order management through the electronic platform accessible on the website or from any of the other Internet addresses that redirect to it.

Air Head Europe Lda undertakes to comply with all current legislation on distance selling and electronic commerce, namely Decree Laws 143/2001 and 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions that apply to this type of commerce.

These General Sales Conditions detailed below (hereinafter referred to as “conditions of use”) exclusively determine the contractual relations between every customer using the website (hereinafter referred to as “user” or “client”) and Air Head Europe Lda which is a company registered in Portugal with VAT number PT515751480.

The conditions of use of sale are the only ones to be applicable and replace all other conditions, except prior agreement, express and in writing. Air Head Europe may, from time to time, modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it is also necessary that this be re-read each time you visit the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). We consider that when the order is validated, the client automatically accepts our general conditions of sale.

By browsing the site, the user undertakes to respect the Terms of Use and General Sales Conditions.

Information about the products

The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual scope and do not replace any commitment on the part of Air Head Europe.

Order / Order Confirmation

When completing your online order form, the mandatory fields must be duly completed; otherwise, the order will not be valid.

After sending this, you will receive a first email with the registration number of the order and its description. You may later receive a new email with the instructions, price of shipping, and procedures to confirm your order if you do not proceed with immediate payment by card or PayPal.


The sales prices on the website are in Euros, with taxes and fees included. Delivery fees are borne by the client and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products and destination.

Note that, outside the European Union, prices appear in other currencies but also in the currency of the country of dispatch. However, the contract is always made in euros.

The Air Head Europe Online Platform declines all responsibility in the event of an error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used or any difference that may arise between the total estimated value of the order and the invoice amount in euros..

The Air Head Europe Online Platform reserves the right to modify prices at anytime. However, it tries to apply the current rates indicated on the website when the client places the order.

We inform you that if the indicated price is incorrect and manifestly derisory, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed.

All our products are shipped from Portugal. Therefore, purchases made outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties upon entering the country of destination. The payment of this tax is the responsibility of the client.

Secure payment

Air Head Europe’s Online Platform partners with STRIPE and PayPal (Platforms that provide the technical fraud prevention infrastructure necessary to operate online payment systems) to ensure the security of your payments.

The client must make payment for the products purchased and shipping costs at the time of transmission of the order confirmation on the pages of the aforementioned partners or within 5 (five) working days (after receipt of proof) in the case of choosing payment by bank transfer.

The order will not be considered if the bank transfer is not carried out. The Air Head Europe Online Platform is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use of credit cards that may be made by third parties when paying for the products ordered.

Payment with credit cards is subject to the following conditions:

1. Accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

2. The recipient of the order does not necessarily have to be the credit card holder;

3. The products will be sent to the recipient of the order;

The credit card will only be debited 4 days after the order date.

Payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:

1. The bank transfer must be completed within 1 (one) week from the moment the order was placed. After this period, the order will be cancelled;

2. To simplify the processing of your order, whenever possible, do not forget to insert the payment reference when making the bank transfer.

3. After making the bank transfer, a copy of the receipt must be sent by email ( [email protected]) or fill in the form on the contact page indicating the order number.

4. The Air Head Europe Online Platform will send the order to the indicated address once the payment is confirmed.


PayPal is one of the simplest and fastest ways to pay online. Through your PayPal account, you can consult the history of your online transactions 24 hours a day.

Upon Customer’s Request:

The client may request the Air Head Europe Online Platform to cancel his order, which will be accepted as long as it has not been processed.

You can also contact the sales department, through the number +351 913 602 826 , on weekdays, from 08:30 to 17:00.

In the cases mentioned above, you must indicate the following data:

  • Order Registration No.
  • Online order email address
  • Name of the order holder
  • Tax number of the order holder

The Air Head Europe platform reserves the right not to process orders when it verifies any inconsistency in the personal data presented or observes misconduct on the client’s part.

Right of withdrawal. Satisfied or refunded

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client will have to resend by registered package, within 14 days counting from the reception of the order, all the material received. This material must be new and complete (accessories, manuals…), and the products must be sent in their original packaging with their completed and signed return voucher.

The present right of return can only be accepted for products in original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual…) and good condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged, or used by the customer cannot be accepted. The data mentioned are valid from the day of receipt of the order.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Online Platform of Air Head Europe will do everything possible to reimburse the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, that this period will depend on the technical evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counted upon arrival at Air Head Europe).

The customer will be refunded by bank transfer in case of payment by bank transfer. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and can be verified on the next card bill, or if the payment is made by virtual card (MBNET), the refund will be made directly into the customer’s bank account. After the technical evaluation, the refund will be made within 20 days.

The Air Head Europe Online Platform will return any product if the Customer has not yet paid the transport costs; or when the modalities and times foreseen by the competent legislation for the communication of the retraction exercise have not been respected; or if the product is not packed in the original packaging or is not accompanied by its accessories, manuals and all original content.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (the product travels under the customer’s responsibility).

Litigation and Liability

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the court of the domicile of Air Head Europe Lda will be competent.


Air Head Europe Lda is not responsible for delays or non-compliance with contracts due to force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire, or war. Air Head Europe Lda is not responsible for any indirect damage, loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage, or fees that may arise from the fact of purchasing any product presented on the site. Although our products have performances compatible with professional uses, it is not intended for a professional audience. Air Head Europe Lda will not be able to see his responsibility compromised for any damage resulting from professional activity.

The Air Head Europe Online Platform is the only holder of information concerning customers. Only the Air Head Europe Online Platform and its contractual partners can send information within the framework of accurate and timely promotional operations. Intellectual property

All content on the Air Head Europe Online Platform (illustrations, texts, titles, brands, images, videos) is the property of Air Head Europe, its co-contractors, or partners. The partial or total reproduction of the content through any procedure and on any support is subject to prior and express authorization from Air Head Europe. The Air Head Europe Online Platform cannot authorize the copying, presentation, or distribution of contents for which you do not have intellectual property rights. Any fraudulent use of rights obtained by third parties constitutes a crime of counterfeiting, severely punished by the Intellectual Property Code. Air Head Europe shall in no way be liable for a user’s infringement of rights obtained by third parties and perpetrated by the latter’s activities on the website.

Warranty for Products purchased in Portugal

The client can contact the seller and the product manufacturer to claim and enforce the guarantee.

The law establishes a general warranty period of 2 years from purchase.

Air Head Europe Lda gives your toilet a 5-year warranty

So that you can exercise your right, do not forget to keep your invoices, receipts, and product guarantee for at least 5 years.

The client has 2 months to report the defect from the moment he discovers it.
